How to Use These Home Workouts
Start with the workout that matches the equipment and time you already have. If you own only dumbbells, use the chest, biceps and triceps guides to build a simple upper-body session. If you have one kettlebell, the beginner kettlebell plan gives you a full-body option without needing a large home gym.
Keep the same routine long enough to learn the movements and track progress. Add reps or a small amount of resistance before replacing exercises. For conditioning, jump rope, shadow boxing and beginner HIIT can be added on separate days or after shorter strength sessions.
