How to Build a Simple Strength Routine
A basic home strength plan can cover the whole body with a squat, hinge, push, pull and carry. Choose movements you can repeat with the equipment you own, then train them two or three times per week instead of changing exercises every session.
Progress does not need to be complicated. First add a controlled rep within your target range. When the same load becomes comfortable, increase the resistance slightly. Dumbbells and kettlebells are enough for a large amount of home strength work, while a bench or bands can add options later.
