How to Pick the Right Workout Plan

Choose the simplest plan that fits your current schedule. If you are busy, a short full-body routine or a 10-minute session is easier to repeat than an ambitious six-day split. If strength is the priority, use a structure such as Push Pull Legs only when you have enough training days and recovery to support it.

Beginners usually benefit from repeating the same basic exercises for several weeks. Track sets, reps and load, then make one small progression at a time. Conditioning can be added with jump rope, shadow boxing or HIIT without turning every workout into a hard cardio session.
